The Qi Essence mission:  To inspire, educate and share the gift of the ancient Chinese Taoist self healing practices of Tai Chi and Qigong.


An estimated 100 million people practice Qigong and Tai Chi every day in China to increase vitality, longevity and inner peace. These practices are key components of self-care in traditional Chinese Medicine.
